Sure, going vegan back in 2007 was a big challenge at first, but after hours of perfecting recipes, she began to share her thoughtful creations with others. By 2010, Emily had people requesting her baked goods so often that she decided to make a business out of it, and this is how Lily Reid was born. But the quest for inspiration and new recipes never ends! As an active participant in the vegan community, she adores educating people on nutrition and simple ways to make healthy lifestyle changes.
